With more than 35 years of experience in the geosynthetics industry, Tammy Eastman brings unmatched knowledge, dedication, and leadership to every project. As the owner of GeoTK, she is known for her sharp problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and approachable professionalism that clients and colleagues consistently value. Tammy’s decades of hands-on experience have earned her a reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity in an ever-evolving industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and caring for her animals. Smart, driven, and down-to-earth, Tammy leads GeoTK with both expertise and heart.
With more than 29 years of experience in the geosynthetics and erosion control industry, Kevin Pfeifer has built a career grounded in hands-on expertise, technical training, and leadership across all levels of operations.
Kevin began his career in production, manufacturing products such as silt fence, turbidity curtains, landfill covers, and debris nets—developing a deep understanding of materials and their real-world applications from the ground up. He later expanded his experience through roles in deliveries, warehousing, estimating, and sales, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both field operations and customer needs. His dedication and continued professional growth led to leadership positions in project management, operations management, and branch management, where he oversaw production, logistics, estimating, and team development. In each role, he focused on quality, efficiency, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. In 2020, Kevin joined GeoTK, where he continues to apply nearly three decades of industry experience to support contractors, DOTs, and engineering firms with reliable solutions and trusted expertise.
Scott Ludwig is a seasoned sales professional with more than 25 years of experience in the construction and geosynthetics industries. His background includes a deep understanding of material, construction practices, and the practical application of geosynthetic products for stabilization, erosion control, and drainage. Scott’s strong technical expertise enables him to provide accurate, project-specific guidance that enhances performance, improves efficiency, and supports long-term project success. Known for his integrity and customer-first approach, he has built lasting relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest by consistently delivering cost-effective, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry—and over seven years focused exclusively on geosynthetics—Kelly Sconce brings a strong understanding of installation practices, product performance, and real-world project needs. Based in Roseburg, he has built trusted relationships throughout Central and Southern Oregon and is known for his hands-on approach and practical problem-solving skills. From product selection and logistics coordination to on-site support, Kelly ensures every project receives the right materials and solutions for long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, working with livestock, and staying active in his local community.
Monte spent more than 37 years leading sales for a landscape and erosion control company in Seattle. After relocating to Vancouver, WA in 2019, he transitioned into the geosynthetics field, leveraging his extensive background in sales, project management, and estimating.
Known for his customer-first approach, Monte is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial conversations and estimating through installation and project completion. Monte’s expertise spans land development, construction, customer service, sales, and budget management. He is skilled in coordinating all aspects of a project, including site preparation, BMP installation, and interpreting and executing design plans. His experience managing project costs ensures that development and construction efforts remain financially sound.
Outside of work, Monte enjoys traveling abroad with his wife, especially exploring historic architecture and discovering great food and wine along the way.
